FAQ

🍪 How far in advance should I place my order?
I recommend placing your order at least 2–3 weeks in advance to guarantee availability—especially during busy seasons. Rush orders may be accepted depending on my calendar, so don’t hesitate to ask!

🍪 Do you offer local pickup or delivery?
Yes! You can choose free local pickup in Orlando, FL, or opt for delivery within a certain radius for a flat $15 fee.

🍪 Can I customize my cookies?
Absolutely! Every set is made to order. You’ll be able to upload inspiration photos, event colors, or logos during checkout—or send them to me directly.

🍪 Do you offer bulk or corporate orders?
Absolutely! Whether you're looking to wow clients with custom logo cookies or need treats for a large celebration, I’d love to help. Send me a message through the Contact Page to get started on a quote for your event!

🍪 Do you print directly on cookies?
I sure do! I use a food-safe edible printer (affectionately named Eddie!) that prints full-color designs, logos, and photos directly onto cookies. It’s a game changer for custom sets, corporate gifts, and one-of-a-kind party favors!

🍪 Do you ship outside of Florida?
Yes! I currently ship anywhere in the U.S.
International shipping isn’t available (yet)... but global cookie domination is definitely on my vision board 😄

🍪 How should I store my cookies?
Cookies come individually heat-sealed for freshness and stay delicious for 2+ weeks at room temperature. You can also freeze them—just keep them sealed and let them thaw completely before opening.

🍪 Do you offer gluten-free cookies?
Yes—gluten-free cookies are available on a case-by-case basis for those with gluten sensitivity or intolerance. While I am not a gluten-free kitchen, I do my best to accommodate these requests. They are not recommended for individuals with celiac disease or severe allergies.

🍪 Are your cookies allergy-friendly?
My cookies contain common allergens like eggs, dairy, tree nuts, and wheat. While I take great care in handling ingredients, they are made in a home kitchen that may also process nuts and other allergens.
